Why WordPress?
WordPress was chosen as a CMS due to its user-friendly interface, which allows for easy content maintenance even by non-technical users. Its extensive collection of themes and plugins allows for customisation to meet individual requirements, while its enormous community offers assistance and resources. WordPress is SEO-friendly, scalable, and cost-effective, and can handle websites of any size. WordPress provides a full solution for swiftly and effectively constructing professional websites, along with a dedicated security team and plugins for further safety.
Do you only use WordPress?
Creating content can be difficult. I have teamed up with copywriters to be able to help you generate content bespoke to you, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Website Warrior will assist in developing and implementing a content marketing strategy, which involves creating valuable content such as blog posts, articles, infographics and videos. This content will not only showcase expertise, but attract and engage your target audience.
What Website Builder do you use?
I tend to use Divi, this is because the Divi Builder is praised for its user-friendly design and strong features. It also offers significant customization options, giving customers complete control over all aspects of their site’s design. Furthermore, Divi’s responsive design capabilities ensure that websites appear fantastic on any device.
Why do you ask for a deposit?
Unfortunately, in the past, much work has been put into creating a website, and clients end up not contacting me back, or something else has arisen. Now, I ask for a deposit for I get some payment for the work I do, in case a situation arises, and I don’t hear from the client again.
Do you create custom coded websites?
Yes, we can create a custom CMS system bespoke to your needs, with a visually appealing website to show off your brand.
Where are you based?
The Website Warrior is Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Just off of the M3.
What do I do if I need technical support?
Clients would have been given contact details for support. For help with your website, call 01256 592562.
Do you take on existing websites under your hosting?
Most of the time, yes, we would need a conversation for I can find out as much information as I can, about your website and business. Then I can determine if my hosting is suitable for you.
Do you make a website fully compliant with current regulations?
Once a website has been designed, and accepted, I hand the website over to the client. This means it’s now their property. I always recommend discussing legality with a solicitor (Which I am not). I do put in place default private policy’s and cookie consents. I’m happy to work alongside a solicitor to ensure a website complies with current regulations. This may however cost extra depending on the tools that may be needed.
Are you responsible for the website once it's been handed over to me?
Once the website is handed over to the client, it is that clients / Businesses’s property, not the property of the Website Warrior. If a client is after a hosting / care package, I will then be able to keep the website updated and secure, and make changes to the website.
