Understanding Your hosting Requirements
When considering hosting with me, we will have a conversation about the website’s requirements, including expected traffic, storage needs and any specific technologies or platforms you intend to use. This will help me understand if I’m the right hosting provider for you. If I’m not the right provider for you, I’m happy to recommend a reliable hosting provider. Considering factors like server performance, customer support, and scalability.
Assist with Host Setup:
Hosting can be such a pain, right? It’s not always easy, from Domain Registration to getting that email to work. Hosting with me will take away the stress and pain of dealing with the hosting set-up, which includes configuring the server settings…which again is such a pain! Configuring Server Settings includes PHP version, database setup and any other requirements for the website’s technology stack.
Security Measures:
As a Website Warrior, it’s my duty to protect you online. Today, there are so many threats out there so it’s important to have security measures in place like firewalls, SSL Certificates and regular backups. With me, and backed up by an IT & Cybersecurity Specialist, your website will be protected online with an optional additional package for general IT Security.
Performance Optimization:
Much of the website’s performance can be effected depending on who you host with. I optimize website performance, by using content delivery networks (CDNs), optimizing images, and enabling caching mechanisms. It’s also important to talk about the future of the website for future scalability. It’s crucial for you to pick a hosting provider, like myself, that allows for scalability, ensuring the website can handle growth in traffic without compromising performance.
Backup and Recovery:
You may not think about it, but when things go wrong you could lose your website and the hard work done on it: Blogs, SEO, content etc. With me, an automated backup solution will be put in place. This ensures data recovery in case of unexpected events. Giving you peace of mind that your website can be restored, and you can continue having your presence online.

Domains
Domain Registration & Transfer:
If you don’t have a domain, I will assist you in choosing and registering a domain name. You need to consider brand relevance, SEO, simplicity and availability. If you already have a domain, I’m able to transfer the domain to host with me or provide a guide on transferring to a new hosting provider.
Domain Configuration:
“DNS? CNAME Records? No idea, I’m done” it can be confusing, but I’ll be the one that configures the DNS Settings to point the domain to the hosting server. Which includes setting up A records, CNAME records, and any other necessary configurations. Make any sense? Don’t worry, I’ll handle the Domain Configuration when you host with the Website Warrior.
Domain Management:
If needed, subdomains can be set up, and I can assist on implementing redirects, especially if you are currently rebranding or restructuring the website. If you own multiple domains, I’m able to assist you in managing these domains efficiently, which involves configuring aliases, redirects, or consolidating domains under a single management interface.

Content Form
Once we have had a discussion, and you’re happy to move forward with me, I’ll create a custom content form for you to fill out, if necessary, a copywriter can help you fill out this content.
The Gold Deposit
Once the content form has been filled in and accepted, I will ask you for a 25% deposit.
The Visual Draft
Once the deposit has been received, I will create a visual draft of the website for you can see what it will look like. Together we will change and modify the design to best suit your liking.
The Website Desgin
Once the visual draft has been accepted, I will ask for another 25% deposit, then start working on your new online weapon.
To War
I will show you your new website and take the rest of the payment. I will show you how to use the website and give you the option of a care package and other services such as SEO. Now you can go forth and conquer the online world!!

Emails
Email Hosting and Setup:
Have a Gmail and looking for a more professional look? I can help with that by creating you an email associated with your company domain (it looks so much more professional). I’ll also assist on setting up and configuring the email on outlook, thunderbird or other webmail interfaces.
SPF/DKIM/DMARC Setup:
Many Businesses don’t usually set this up properly, this can cause issues with email deliverability and is a security risk. I will implement these email authentication protocols like the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to enhance email deliverability and security.
Anti-Spam Measures:
When your website goes live with no form of Re-Captcha, you will find that your email will soon get cluttered by Spam. To stop this, I use spam detection systems on the website, such as Google reCAPTCHA. I have an additional package available to clients that set’s up advanced email security to ensure attacks don’t make it into a client’s inbox, and detects spammy messages.
